I mean really, do you cross off each day after it has passed?
Do you flip the calendar after each month?
I want to say yes to all of these! I really do!
Sometimes I can’t even remember what day of the week it is let alone the date….. I need help, hahaha
As I continue on ward and upward towards better organization and a more functional life I decided it was time to actually keep a calendar. Meet my DIY colorful chalkboard calendar.
I hope I am not the only one out there who still loves chalkboards!!
I haven’t found the perfect spot in my home for this yet, but be on the look out for it.
I am hoping that by visually seeing the date it will some how have an impact on how I live each day. Because lets face it once it’s gone it’s gone forever. You can never get it back!
I have been reflecting on this concept lately.
Maybe it is because my little one will be turning 2 next month! Whaaaaattt?!
Wasn’t she just born last month?
Time has been slipping away from me. The past few weeks I have been trying to hold on to moments longer by trying to be more present. I don’t want to look back on my life and realize that the whole time I was looking forward to better days.
My life right now is good. It isn’t perfect but whos’ is?
I am going to be happy in my life right now!
It is a decision that I have made not based on circumstance but a mind set based on how I want to live my life, happy!!
ok, ok, enough with the blah blah blah!!!
